1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and at99 ("at99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at at99.im. These Terms apply to all services, products, features, and content offered through at99.im, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, specialty games, payment processing, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By completing the at99 account registration process, accessing any game or betting market on at99.im, or making any financial transaction through the at99 cashier, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing at99.im;
• You accept these Terms as a binding legal obligation governing your use of the at99 platform;
• All information you have provided or will provide to at99 is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation into any other language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail without exception.

1.1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the at99.im website and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the at99 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's at99 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-withdrawable incentives granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market made available on the Platform, as published within each game's interface or help section.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the operative time zone for all at99 platform operations, deadlines, and support hours.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The at99 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game or betting market, or make any financial transaction on at99.im. This age restriction is enforced without exception under any circumstances.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to hold and use an at99 Account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You hold only one (1) registered Account on the at99 platform — multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited;
• Your Account has not previously been suspended or permanently closed by at99 for any reason;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an at99 employee or contractor;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Age Verification

at99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at at99's sole discretion. Accepted documents for age verification include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by at99 support will result in Account suspension until such documents are received and verified.

2.3 Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether online gambling and sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the at99 platform. at99 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access at99.im from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the at99 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. at99 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, at99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. Registration information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your at99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. at99 will never ask for your password or OTP via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify at99 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. at99 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

at99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible platform management. at99 may at any time request that you provide one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and/or proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name). Withdrawal processing may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. at99 will process KYC documents within 2 business days of receipt.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

at99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum first deposit amount is ৳500. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your at99 Account Balance within 1 to 3 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. at99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which at99 bears no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction;
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity before withdrawal — deposits cannot be immediately reversed or withdrawn without gameplay;
• at99 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to an Account Balance, particularly for large or unusual transaction amounts;
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name will be rejected and returned to the source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. at99 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets promptly, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification;
• Any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from the Balance upon withdrawal request;
• at99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may temporarily delay processing;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name will not be processed under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and Bonus Funds on the at99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the platform for all monetary amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

at99 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page at at99.im at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable;
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met using real-money Balance before Bonus Funds wagering begins;
• at99 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — at99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, abusive wagering patterns, or any form of bonus abuse constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

5.2 Seasonal Promotions

at99 runs seasonal promotions timed to events relevant to Bangladeshi players, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and IPL season. The specific terms of each seasonal promotion, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering multiples, and expiry dates, are published in full on the promotion detail page at the time of the promotion's launch.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the at99 platform are provided by third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By launching any game on at99.im, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any technical malfunction or error during gameplay, the game studio's server logs shall be the definitive record for resolving disputes.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed by the at99 system;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability — at99 reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without notice;
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL);
• In the event of a match abandonment, void result, or other exceptional circumstance, at99's sportsbook settlement rules as published at the time of the market's opening shall apply;
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event, where accepted in error, will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

at99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without technical interruption. However, in the event of a verifiable system malfunction, network failure, or data error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, at99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error do not constitute a valid win and may be voided at at99's discretion.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on the at99 platform, you agree at all times to use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the at99 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, automated betting tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game — any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, reverse engineering wagering requirements, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine entertainment;
• Attempting to launder funds through the at99 Platform — at99 has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing at99 support staff or other Players in any communication channel;
• Using the at99 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate using a personal Account.

7.1 Responsible Use

at99 strongly encourages all Players to gamble responsibly. Gambling on at99 is intended as a form of adult entertainment only. If you feel that your gambling is causing financial hardship, relationship stress, or emotional distress, you should immediately contact at99 support to activate responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

at99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, technical security concerns, or at99's sole operational discretion. Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account may be forfeited.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their at99 Account at any time by contacting the at99 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in a confirmed-eligible Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon Account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to the at99 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to at99 support via live chat or email. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no access to games, betting markets, or financial transactions will be permitted. at99 will not solicit or send promotional communications to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. at99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified by email to their registered address before any dormancy fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
